We escaped for a week to warm, sunny Tampa, Florida. The kids had a great time and it was nice to unwind and relax. We stayed near Lisa's eldest brother Jack and his wife Jayne. They were great hosts, and a good time was had by all.

We visited the Sarasota Jungle Gardens - kind of an old-school zoo and garden. Lisa and Isaac have found a most interesting live pet.

Vacationers: Thank you for getting your feet wet for Grandma! I can almost feel the warm water rushing over my toes. The Gulf looks so blue and clean. Your apartment looks almost regal! So much green to see in the photos. In all the years Manfred was a part of our family, I don't believe Chris ever held a real alligator. Did Isaac bring home a Manfred? The birds were just brilliant in color. I would have held a bird before I held that alligator!! The chairs reminded me of Holland MI with the huge shoe. What a wonderful break for all of you.
