Madeline Turns Five
Yes, believe it or not, Madeline is now five years old! She celebrated with three parties - one with preschool friends, one with my relatives in Iowa, and one at our place with Lisa's relatives. That's three cakes, plus all the overeating from Thanksgiving!

Madeline: What a weekend!! So many special parties! We are glad you came to Iowa again for Thanksgiving and your birthday party. It's so fun to bake your cake with you helping -- but you gotta learn to BREAK the eggs! Your Iowa Cousins love a birthday party. Glad you and Isaac had fun with the turkey hunt.
