Baby Steps

Happy Birthday!

Today was Madeline's first birthday. We had her Godparents & their family over for dinner to celebrate. As you may have learned from our last posting, Maddie successfully mastered walking on her own 2 days ago, though she has regressed a little after that initial accomplishment. She's a happy, proud little girl, and a true blessing to us.

We're back!!

Hi there! Daddy's been busy working and trying to keep up with Maddie, so I'm sorry you haven't heard from us all summer. Madeline is doing great. She is almost walking independently, and all she wants to do is toddle around the house holding your hand for balance.

She's a very happy girl, and loves to spend time playing with the dog, playing with pots in the kitchen, or quietly "reading" a book with Mom or Dad.
